Centered
ADHD Coaching
When working as a potter, centering the clay on the wheel is where every ceramic piece begins.Until it's centered the clay wobbles, collapses, or you spend all your energy fighting against it.Sound familiar? Most ADHD brains don’t default to center. Coaching can help you find your version of “center” — amidst distraction and overstimulation, I can help you find your steady flow, your calm, and your mental clarity.

About
Hi, I’m Dana, an ADHD coach and studio potter based in Seattle.I work with people who want to feel more centered—mentally, emotionally, and practically—so they can build lives that feel intentional, not overwhelming. In my pottery studio, I’ve learned how hard it can be to center something that’s spinning out of control. Coaching someone with ADHD is similar: it's about offering a steady hand, a calm presence, and accepting imperfection as part of the process. As a neurodivergent person myself, pottery helps me stay grounded—it reminds me to stay present, get messy, and begin again when things fall apart.I bring that same patience and curiosity to every client I work with.
I earned my credentials as an Certified ADHD Life Coach (CALC) through the International ADHD Coach Training Center (iACTcenter), accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I also have advanced training in mindfulness and trauma-informed practices, and hold a BA in Sociology from the University of Minnesota. Before coaching, I spent 25 years in social work, helping people navigate complex challenges. Now, I support the whole person—with a special focus on how ADHD impacts time management, emotional regulation, relationships, and daily routines. And personally? I get it. As a mother and stepmother to four teenagers with ADHD, I’ve lived the reality of neurodivergent life. I know the power of resilience, collaboration—and the need for good dose of humor.
